CLARK MUSEUM FOR PLAY READING

This play featured a retired Black boxer who became a playwrite and his difficulty finishing what he knew would be his last play.

It was very good.
After the play we had just 20 minutes to skim through the permanent collections and see my old favorites.
Next time we'll go in the morning for the museum, bring a sandwich to eat by the pool, and then hear a play being read. We have two more this season.
Afterwords, we went to the WaterStreet Grill and had a grand meal of salmon. Mine was lightly stuffed with spinach and other tasty bits, came with a fine mixed zucchini and squash and with garlic mashed potatoes. Very good. I even had a mocktail based on one of their cocktails that featured fruits and ginger beer. Yum'
I really like this place, but we had to talk our way into a larger table as the tables for two were pretty tiny.
Tomorrow, Boston.
